Carrabba's Italian Dipping Oil

 


Ingredients (use fresh herbs for best flavor)

1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil

Combine spices, then add crushed garlic. Pour into small cup. Pour olive oil over spice mixture. Serve with Italian bread or focaccia.
