Candied Pecans


  • 1 egg white
  • 2 Cups pecan halves
  • 1/4 Cup sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Prepare baking sheet by covering with parchment paper.

Beat egg white until frothy. Stir pecans into egg white with a spatula, mixing until pecans are sticky. Mix sugar and cinnamon together in small bowl then pour mixture over pecans stirring until they are coated evenly. Spread pecans on baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool and store in covered container.

Recipe can be doubled or tripled.
