Spicy Pimiento Cheese Spread

  • 2 Cups grated sharp cheddar cheese (8 ounces)
  • 1/4-1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 (4ounce)  jar chopped Pimientos, well drained 
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Jalapeno, seeded and minced


Add all ingredients to a food processor, and pulse until blended well and pimientos and jalapeno are reduced to small pieces.

Using 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise will make a stiffer spread.
