- 2 Cups grated sharp cheddar cheese (8 ounces)
- 1/4-1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 (4ounce) jar chopped Pimientos, well drained
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Jalapeno, seeded and minced
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a food processor, and pulse until blended well and pimientos and jalapeno are reduced to small pieces.
Using 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise will make a stiffer spread.
