Ingredients
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1 small onion, peeled & quartered
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Cup sour cream
- 3 Tablespoons creamy horseradish
Preparation
Put the cranberries, onion, sugar & salt in a food processor, pulse until processed until chunky. Stir in the sour cream & horseradish. Keep covered & refrigerated until ready to serve.
Mmm, that sounds amazing. I love all those ingredients! Will have to try this. What do you serve it with? I usually think turkey with cranberries and beef with horseradish...
