If you love to cook and love eating good food, then you will love my pages. I was born and raised in the deep South. That is where we love drinking sweet tea and eating fresh green beans cooked with bacon. The recipes are not all "mine" but are recipes that I seem to want to cook repeatedly. I hope you enjoy and are inspired to try them yourself.

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Ingredients
2 Cups pumpkin seeds, washed and dried
1 1/2 Tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
olive oil
Preparation
1. Preheat your oven 275°F.
2. Mix your pumpkins seeds with all of the ingredients and place them on a baking tray that has been drizzled with olive oil.
3. Bake for about 1 hour and stir them about every 15 minutes.
I've never made my own spiced pumpkin seeds, but these sound good enough to tempt me.
