Malibleu Dressing
- 1/4 Cup cane syrup
- 1/2 Cup balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 Cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
Malibleu Salad
- 2 Cups baby lettuce mix
- 1/4 Cup toasted walnuts
- 1/8 Cup raisins
- 1/8 Cup sesame seeds
- 1/8 Cup chopped sun dried tomatoes
- 1/2 Granny Smith apple, chopped
- 1/4 cup Malibleu dressing
- 1/4 Cup bleu cheese crumbled
Combine all ingredients except blue cheese in large mixing bowl. Toss well to coat leaves with dressing. Mound the salad onto a chilled plate. Sprinkle the salad with blue cheese crumbles.
